Threshold of Patience

A very stressful day for Ophelia today, the kiln wasn't heating up fast enough. She is now 20 hours behind.

The kiln has reached 800 degrees and hopefully over the next 24 hours will react 1300. She hopes to keep it there for 48 hours. There is a lot of wood going in. Every 3 mins. Consently. The evening team has arrived, they stay until midnight, the next team stay until 7 in the morning. Always working in pairs.
