A visit to Coughton Court Gardens. National Trust

We took advantage of the promise of another fine sunny day to visit this National Trust Property, which has a fine English Tudor Country House.
We have visited the house and grounds several times. Today, however we were particularly making a tour of the beautiful gardens, and grounds.
I took so many photos that I will post some more. I cannot yet add "Extra" photos on Blip as  maybe I haven't posted enough photos, being relatively new to the site.
On our Woodland Walk, which was well signposted, I heard this little fella calling out for his parents as he wanted feeding!
It took me awhile to spot him high up in the tree, and I had to wade through knee high grass and some nettles to gain the best shot! It was worth the nettle stings on my ankle in the end!
He is a fledged baby Green Woodpecker. I hope he soon had something to eat!
