Henri's Back

Our friend and regular partner, Henri, missed Tuesday's round as he was at the theatre in Stratford-Upon-Avon but he was back and on fine form today, speeding up our play and turning the air a little bluer on occasion.

Here he is, striding purposefully on to the 10th green. Another close round, score wise.

Got the car back this afternoon after two days in the garage while they sorted out my tyre problem. Basically, it was a problem with the valves but the solution involved painting the inside of the tyre with a sealant.

Apparently, the mechanic left it to one side to dry overnight but someone assumed it had been discarded and threw it onthe pile of old ones and put a spike through it so it couldn't be re-used, so I got a free new tyre - result!
