Sisyrinchium

The Sisyrinchiums are looking lovely right now - fully out and covered in flowers. They last quite a long time too so these should go on for bit yet. By the time they're over the penstemons behind them may be near to flowering. Yesterday we were at an exhibition of 1930s - 1940s paintings and other art and design of the period by British artists. It was lovely to see  paintings that it would otherwise be difficult to see.
