A walk around Cwmbran boating lake with J to start the day, a cool start again but warming up as we finish.  Time to sort out car insurance; seems such a chore, it takes minutes while the automated messages play out, advising me of rights, data protection, obligations to provide correct information etc, etc before I even get to select an option.  Fortunately it's fairly quick when I do eventually get to speak to someone - but I didn't say it was going to be cheap.
