Entry 773 - Nurse plan

A nurse on a previous placement taught me this technique, but it is so simple I should have really come up with it myself! Take 10 mins at the beginning of my shift to go through what each patient needs and when, write it down and vuala! I know what I am doing and I make sure everything is done!
