Old Glory back blip

It has rained so much here in WV it is almost impossible to walk the dog. The yard is a sponge. Sugar is not fond of rain or wet grass so it is a challenge! I always feel a little more American in WV and I'm not sure why. Maybe because almost every house has an American flag flying high and a WVU flag flying also,
