Family of geese

Further minor improvement in how I feel has been marred by bouts of wracking coughing and sore sensitive gums, teeth and cheek.

We did manage a walk to the nearby Cotswold Outdoor shop to peruse a new rucksack for my birthday. We were successful so was Susan in procuring a well fitting pair of water repellent trousers.

I enjoyed the walk as the weather improved but my pace was slow and gradients that when out running cause me no problems had me puffing and panting to the top. One vicious virus, don’t get it.
