Only Honey Bee

Working on a wild rose this bee had it all to itself. Alas, that is because there are nearly NO Bees in the garden this year!
Same news with butterflies. I saw one white butterfly this past Sunday. I did not care if it was a Cabbage one or not. At least it was flying around.
Is it the pesticides or what?
