Loch Lomond day 2

Another long sunny day (with more essential ice cream eating). It's been pretty easy really so I welcomed discovering that the chosen camp spot was more forest growing out of the loch than island. Forced to do a back track and make some decisions late in the day stretched the team a little more, especially as they knew we still had rescues to practice this evening. 
They've opted for a stoney slopey beach. I moved 300m round the corner and found a little patch of perfection.
Nature watch today has provided me with an osprey trying and failing to fish, and a golden eagle!
