One that got away!

Yesterday evening four of us spent some time balsam bashing - that is to say  pulling out the invasive himalayan balsam which grows along the river bank. It is worth getting rid of it before the send pods explode and allow it to spread even further 
 I took this photo over a fence.  I am not sure how to get at it.
