Never seen anything like it!

Martin and I saw these very unusual fruit in our supermarket today, first time ever!

The one on the left is called Buddha’s hands (from Vietnam) and the red fruit on the right are tamarillo (from Ecuador)! I have no idea what they would taste like, and I am assuming they are fruit! I’m not quite sure. Anybody seen these before?
