Todays blip is Aylesbury's lonely wind turbine, slowly turning against the blue sky.

It does seem strange in these days of concern about global warming that a town, with hundreds of new houses either built or in the process of construction, has only one wind turbine and very limited solar panel installations. 

Perhaps the planners should do some blue sky thinking?
