Fading Rose

Desperate blip this. Was about to run out the door when realised I had no blip and would have no time to find one when I returned very much later this evening.

This rose was picked and vased at the same time as this one. Both were drooping now, so to get this shot I had to put the vase up high on top of the fridge and shoot from beneath. The bud behind is trying in vain to open before everything dies.

Light was from window on the left (overcast sky) and 4 halogen downlights in the ceiling.
