Hidcote - Take 2

I headed back to Hidcote - much quieter (relatively) but it just wasn't my thing really ... I was constantly gravitating to the wild areas and it all felt very National Trust. I was planning to meet up with my friend again when she finished work and we'd arranged to meet at Snowshill. I wasn't sure I could manage two National Trust properties in one day and was concerned I might start wearing Laura Ashley floaty dresses but I went over and was so glad I did. What a quirky spot  and what a fascinating chap Charles Paget Wade was.
I then caught up with my friend at the Fleece Inn and we went on to find somewhere to eat before I headed off back up the M6 ... late enough for it to be a clear run.
