Portrait day

Amongst quite a lot of other things l have done today l went to portrait group.  It is a treat to get a young person to draw since they really are so much more difficult with their smooth skin.  This 12th year student sat brilliantly and listened to his ipod.  His expression didn't change and his eyes had a far away stare.. just wonderful to have such a good sitter.  I hope he enjoyed sitting as much as we enjoyed the challenge of drawing him and that he liked the photos he took of our portraits.
