Find the prayer flags they said and then go around the back of the house to find the door. Was rather worried I was walking into someone’s garden as there were no signs.

Very nice Iyengar yoga session, it’s been ages since I’ve pushed myself with yoga and the Soul Simple retreat is located in amazing part of the world. New yoga teacher seems great, very attentive and I’ve learned how to do child’s pose a lot more comfortablely by using a blanket held in my leg (knee) fold- who knew?!
