Northern Humour.

This book, I had placed on the side, and noticed it happened to be sitting under a red rose. The book is a personal view of the North by wit and raconteur, Stuart Maconie. I must say, that, as a Yorkshireman, I admit to finding it extremely amusing; a rare admission from somebody hailing from East of the Pennines! I'm not sure, however, how funny my southern compadres would find it, northern self-backslapping tome that it is.
