Wildflowers

I have a rotten bad back and nerve pain down the front of my leg. I made it to work but came home at 10:30am - I just didn’t know what to do with myself. I spent most of the rest of the day with the massage machine pressed against it and have applied lots of heat. I can walk again now.

I am seeing my chiropractor tomorrow morning.

My mum and dad brilliantly helped with L this afternoon and N has done all the lifting this evening.

Hope I don’t seize up overnight.
