Landmark

The Needles, distinctive stacks of chalk standing about 30 metres high at the western extremity of the Isle of Wight. On a fantastic sunny evening with exceptional visibility I took this from the Hampshire coast at Barton on Sea about 5 miles away. Unusually calm seas for this stretch of water. Th extra is a collage of the more normal New Forest scenes.
