Sometimes a blip just appears in front of you.

I was walking down the stairs from the 4th floor of the Ministerial block in the Parliament when I glanced out of the window and saw this.

People abseiling down the various parts of the structure is actually quite a common sight, it being a rather difficult building to access by more conventional means but today was a particularly nice day for it !
