I Want To Ride My Bicycle

Back on my spin bike.  Got lots of water and a little cup of tea.  Chris Hoy never leaves home without a cup of Rosie Lee.  And, yes, that 6.29 is in the AM!  

Off to Kent in the afternoon.  Its Gary's dad's birthday, 84th, and there was a night out arranged.  It was a long journey with lots of traffic and was a little uncomfortable, even with my special cushion between the seat belt and me.
