From Dunoon

Day 1 of our cycling trip from home to Inverness over 4 days. Map in extra along with JT waiting for the second ferry of the day at Portavadie. Day 1 was pretty tough, quite a hilly route and just over 60 miles (including the ferries). But apart from an hour in grey misty conditions at the beginning, the weather was amazing, the scenery was stunning and all was right with the world. Day 1 overnight at the Kilberry Inn. Can’t praise it highly enough; affable host, great room, tremendous food and lots of effort to accommodate Mr Dairy Free.
