Frog rescue

Found this little fellow and his mate in some water at the bottom of a bucket, not sure how high they can jump out of water but he seemed pleased to be next to our pond.

Annual appraisal afternoon today. After 2 and a half hours I still have a job! Not sure if that's good or bad news really!
