Treading carefully

We went to Baddesley Clinton this morning and, although we have been before, succeeded in missing the entrance twice.
With a dull heavy overcast , it looked as though it would be a disappointing morning but we both managed a few pictures. The Lily pads were just strong enough for this Mallard duckling to walk rather than swim.
The first extra suggests a mixed marriage, the second is for MCW .There were several on offer at a mere £40 each.
