Curds and whey.......

......or actually it's whey and curds if you're reading from left to right. So I was in a 'milk lake' scenario again this morning (triggered by a complete lack of the white stuff last Thursday which meant I had go and buy some for my vital-to-sanity morning cuppas, but the corner shop only had the 2litre  jobs....and then I had a 2 pint doorstep delivery on Friday and another one this morning).....suffice it to say I've made some paneer. So it'll be curry for tea tomorrow then, maybe including some lettuce instead of spinach....and I might keep some of the whey to make some sort of flatbread affairs, waste not want not and all that ;-)
