Baked

It probably should have been titled "steaming" rather than baked but there you go.  We had a morning tea for the Mark Hughes Foundation.  Mark gave a little speech about his condition and how he set up the charity.  It raises funds for research, to create awareness and support brain cancer patients and their families.  Mark was diagnosed with a high grade brain tumour in 2014 when he was only 36 and he has raised huge amounts so far.  At work we participated by having a trivia night and purchasing the beanies which is a signature of the charity.  Mark said he thought beanies for brain cancer was a good idea.  Anyhoo, these little pies were on the table at morning tea and so I nabbed one for the challenge today.
