Definitely racing on the Edge

Race on the Edge 79:51
I am never running another trail race!

7 miles in my body decided it wanted to make friends with the rocky path and gouge a chunk out of my knee. So after a bit of first aid it was off to A&E to get patched up properly.
Not quite the plan for today.

At least I got a medal!
