Short-lived

The thunder and rain last night has not eased the mugginess. All it seems to have done is bring out the midges.

The rhododendrons and azaleas have been spectacular this year however the blooms are just a little too short lived for my liking. Guess it means that the next 'phase' of flowers will be appearing soon.
