Left to my own devices

Alone in the office today, well where I sit anyway, and I've ended up with a chilli chocolate cupcake from Milk. I wandered down to grab some lunch and came away with some delicious celeriac soup with hazelnut croutons...but the guy just had to go and say that I wouldn't like the cupcakes 'they're too hot, not enjoyable at all' so he said.

Pah, I showed him.* Turns out it was very nice, not too hot at all. The sponge had flakes and seeds baked into it too, giving it a warmth that made up for the rotten day.
