Four bands, a bar and vegetarian Afrcan stew to raise funds for a Ugandan primary school. The venue was the cricket Pavilion where, for people of our age, the green opportunities of the pitch and the open countryside beyond are largely behind us, and the cemetery in front is getting closer.
