Expletive deletive

There are a particular breed of (...insert your own words here....) people in Linlithgow with an over developed sense of their entitlement who when discovering the bottle bank is full just decide to dump their empties anyway. These ............... people are no better than white van man who illegally  dumps waste in country lanes.
