Not the LAMM, day 2

Waking in a tent in the hills on a lovely morning is such a rich experience. I cooked breakfast then swam in the lochan, before walking back to Tarbert over some lower hills in increasingly sunny conditions. There was no charge on my phone so the only photo was from first thing in the morning!

Nice to catch up with Am Bioran after he'd finished.

I'm particularly glad I came to the event since, at the prizegiving, the organizer announced that this was the last ever LAMM. I've done 8, the first being in 1999 with A - when we were 3rd on the novice course! - and it's provided me with some wonderful experiences over the years.
