Parkrun

L joined MrsT & I got Parkrun this morning on a very sunny and warm day.

I cycled down and back and ran with L who got her fastest time of the year. Although very sporty she still doesn’t like running as much as gymnastics but she was there taking part so good on her!

After lunch we played in the garden before her friend I came over and was staying for dinner and a sleepover.

I took them to the Cricket Club for a pint (J20) for them before they cosied up to watch a movie.
