Rose season in full swing

It has been a perfect day, hot sun, sometimes tempered with a period of cloud. I have had a successful gardening session. The roses are at their best at the moment and are particularly good this year, maybe because I fed them at the beginning of the season! There is a note in the diary to feed them again after the first flowering is over.
This rose is "Scarborough Fair", a winner every year and a frequent blip subject. Well, how could I resist?
