Enjoyed a 10km run today in the best way possible - by watching it from our garden gate and cheering on our friends Karen and Dave the Keys.

Afterwards, Alan and Karen came round with Sean (who is hero-worshipped by our lads) for a bit of lunch in the side garden. Splendid.
