Dahlia 2

A nice sprinkling of rain this morning, can feel the garden soaking it up.
Granddaughters have gone home now but the youngest two are back all next week as they have another week’s school holiday.
Elaine coming over to stay for the weekend, will see what the weather does before we decide what to do.
So it’s another dahlia from the four l couldn’t resist buying earlier in the week.
I don’t usually have bright or hot colours in my garden, preferring, white, blues , purple and some pale pink but this year l’ve chosen a whole new set of colours in bedding plants and annuals to add to my cool perennials.
Think that could be because of the extra long, grey winter we endured in the U.K..
I’ve been desperate for some colour.
