Coast 2 Coast, Day Four: Consett to Tynemouth. A pretty easy final day, once we’d found our way through the fog and back onto the designated route. Mostly downhill through Newcastle, along the north bank of the Tyne, and over to Tynemouth to ceremonially dip our wheels in the sea. Later on we celebrated with a fabulous meal at Riley’s Fish Shack, on the beach, and the sun finally came out over the breakers.
