End of roses for this season #2

These have been slowly crisping around the edges. I still think they look pretty.

Today I minded the four boys. Elijah didn’t look very impressed when I got him out of the cot after his sleep but he didn’t cry. Kristy and Bryan had their second outing for the year. The three big boys and I made pikelets which were all eaten before they got cold. Oscar is a bit interested in rocks so I took him some of my collection. There was mica and some trilobite fossils I had gathered in Queensland about 30 years ago. He exchanged them for two rocks he didn’t want. They were concrete rocks! I’m so lucky.
