Last night was good. No luck during the first three races, then I won each of the next three races. Even money bets, but getting your money back is better than, eh, not getting your money back. The luck remained for the raffle draw too - dinner at the Kingsmills Hotel, and my name drawn another two times! I've never been that lucky.

Afterwards, we headed into town where, for some reason, I decided I wanted to try Vodka Martini - shaken not stirred. Not sure we were even talking about James Bond. I didn't really like it!

Walked down to get the car at lunchtime today, and then spent the rest of the day on the couch. A hot chocolate and rich tea tonight - not really very 007.
