30 Days Wild - 1 - Persicaria bistorta

Well! After declaring to the world, here and on Facebook, that I was doing the Couch potato to 5K thing, I so wish I hadn't! At 66 I feel I don't stand a cat in hell's chance of managing this!

I have comedienne, Sarah Millican, helping me along the way. I've seen her so much on TV I feel I know her. BUT it was hard.I couldn't do running for any of the 90 second slots so I had to walk it. I will certainly be following the anti Couch to 5K brigades advice and repeating the first stages rather than moving on.

In my quest for wild, I found this clump of bistort just outside my village.
