Above the canal

A great relaxed chilled out day in lovely weather again.
First a long walk in a local nature reserve with my pal Moira and we had the place to outselves. This was followed by lunch at Tayvallich cafe which was good but I think lacked something from last year when it had different owners. 

I was then set to do the football run but the coach phoned to say he was cancelling as many couldn't make training so I had a free evening. Another lovely walk to a local spot where we watched the beaver take his evening swim and I took this shot as the colour was developing in the sky.

Now I have cracked open the Lussa Gin which I picked up on Jura during the week and have poured myself and hubby a large one. humm maybe a bit too large...
