Bonus boys

Today has felt like a Saturday for me as I had a day off work and the company of my son Sam and my Dad for this afternoon's dog walk, what a treat.

Linton is the first stop for Dad who is embarking on a 2 week trip 'oop north to visit friends, family, grandsons etc.  Only a few days ago he got back from a trip to the south of France including St Tropez to visit former European colleagues (and their partners) who are now firm friends.  The group meet up every year somewhere in Europe, and this year they made Dad feel very loved and supported, he's had a great time.  One of them had even compiled a CD of their time together where Mum featured.  What a thoughtful thing to do.

Sam came because he needed a break from revision.
