Have You?

Many years ago now, my cousin, who was  only six months older than I, died when her breast cancer metastasized and spread to her lungs. During her final days we talked by phone often and she made me promise to get yearly Mammograms. I have kept that promise and got my yearly one this morning. I'm posting this as a reminder and a plea to all of you women out there to stay up to date on this important screening. Remind your loved ones and friends to do so also. And you men...please make it a point to do this for the women in your life and pay attention to your own breast health as well. Life is too short not to do the simple things to remain healthy! :)
