Doorway

It’s been a day of too halves - the morning was very hot and muggy again and the afternoon has been thundery and wet. I took a day off work so that I could attend the funeral of an old friend which took place around lunchtime. We could hear the thunder during the funeral service. Fortunately the rain was only light during the burial itself.
