Ended up going to the pharmacy with my expanding swollen ankle. The pharmacist gave an appropriate gasp when I showed her my ankle so I didn’t feel too wussy. The insect that got me must have bitten a very reactive part as it was still getting worse till I took these pills. It’s subsiding now but just changing colour from a worrying hot lumpy white to much less stretched bruised and red. All going in the right direction now ! Phew
