Well caught sirs!

I was on the railway today, fortunately with a trainee who was able to do all the work as I was still suffered from whatever lurgy has invaded my body. I haven’t felt like this for many a year.

If I take ibuprofen or paracetamol I feel a little better but towards the end of the four hours it all comes back again.

Matthew came over for dinner in the evening, his wife and daughter have gone away for a few nights so he has a bit of peace and quiet! First time he’s been over like this for many a year. Seemed very much like old times. Thankfully the painkillers were working so I didn’t feel too bad.
