And relax......

Up early to get to the Carrick Spa on Loch Lomond for a wonderfully decadent day of pampering - including sauna, steam rooms, hydrotherapy pool, the rooftop infinity pool (which looks out over the hills) and 2 amazing treatments which left me blissed out.
After a day of complete relaxation, it was over to Cameron House, a couple of miles away, to get ready for a friend's surprise 40th. We all had a wonderful night in our private dining room, the food was great, the wine flowed freely, and our friend loved her surprise.

I managed to stay up until 1am before falling into bed....relaxing and enjoying yourself really takes it out of you!!
