Blue Eyes Smilin' in the Rain

Well, I am making a trip home to see my Popo.
Mom says that he is not as bad as we though he was,
but that I need to make it back home sometime soon.

I went thrifting today. It's what I do to clear my mind.
I found an original Cabbage Patch Kid doll for $.99.
So, I bought it for my Momo.

We have a long history with Cabbage Patch Kid dolls,
and I am going to find an original outfit for this one
and give it to her for her 70th birthday when I go home.

I am looking forward to the trip.
I have thought about what I will say to Popo.
I'm just so thankful to have these few precious days with him.

Lots of great memories to be made for sure.
