Get the balance right

This morning, the physio showed me lots of Proprioception  exercises that are supposed to be very good for me,  most of which I found rather difficult : basically lots of balancing; standing on 1 leg and throwing a ball against a wall and catching it ! , standing on a rubber shaped sombrero,  sitting on a bench and then trying to stand up using one leg.
I found the last one totally impossible to start with, but managed it tonight after a glass of wine :-)


The roses in the garden are appearing very quickly.
